Perovskia atriplicifolia 'Rocketman'

Russian Sage

$ 12.95

Item #: 1699
Pot Size: 4"x4"x5.5" pot

Plant Description

We love Russian sage because it is so useful in the sunny, dry garden. It tolerates drought easily, attracts a large variety of pollinators, and stays in flower all summer into fall. Plus, its beautiful gray-blue flowers go with every summer color. ‘Rocketman’, a new variety, is of medium height with good, strong, stiffly upright stems. Its puffy lavender-blue flowers contrast nicely with its aromatic gray-green foliage. All in all, ‘Rocketman’ should be in the sun garden with coneflowers, asters, yarrows, coreopsis, and grasses like little bluestem, muhly grass, and switchgrass. New this year!
